If you follow me on Facebook, you already know that I topped 1000 likes last week. That’s pretty amazing. Thanks to each and every one of you.
I wanted to acknowledge my appreciation by having a giveaway. I’ve never done a giveaway before, so, bear with me. If I mess something up, please let me know. One thing I do need to tell you is that this is only going to be available to residents of the U.S.A. Sorry, but because this is all coming out of my pocket, I can’t cover the additional expense of overseas shipping.
Here’s what I’m giving away…
A Helena Tang-Lim kit for P-Nut2 cuff in bronze. It’s the one to the far right in her photo. I’ve made this cuff and it’s a joy to make and wear. I got Helena’s permission to do this giveaway.
Just a warning – This project is for the advanced beader. Helena includes excellent instructions in her kits.
Here’s what I need you to do:
- Sign up for an email subscription to my blog. It’s over there on the right. You’ll need to respond to the confirmation email that wordpress sends to you.
- I want to see a comment from you on this post. It should include a sentence about your bead addiction. 🙂
- BE SURE TO LEAVE ME YOUR EMAIL! If you win and I can’t get in touch with you, I’ll move on to the next person.
- If you share this on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc., you get an additional entry. Come back here and make an additional comment about where you shared it.
I’ll give you until February 27th midnight to follow and comment.
On your marks…get set…go! Start following, commenting and sharing NOW!

I have been addicted to beading for a long time. On a rainy day about 7 years ago I stumbled into a little bead shop in Alexandria Louisiana. I met some wonderful people there and learned to weave from the beginning by a wonderful teacher named Kriss Self. My beads are my friends and they have helped me through many trying times. Thank you for the giveaway it would be fun to win. By the way I posted this on facebook.

Go for it, Susan! Just don’t try something so hard that you get frustrated. If you have friends that bead or a local bead store, they may be able to help you get through the project pain free.

I am a subscriber and I’d love to have one of Helena’s patterns. She’s inspiring! My bead addiction has gotten crazy especially since I haven’t had time to bead a thing in almost a year. But that doesn’t stop me from buying more! I love beads, especially seed beads. Gotta have them! Thanks for having this giveaway.

Oh, Susan! That’s hysterical. Just don’t get the beads mixed into the food. That might mean a trip to the dentist!

Ok, that’s a seriously cool idea for a giveaway! I love Helena’s pieces, and I have to admit I haven’t made a pattern with peanuts yet. But it is on my list, since that’s one of the Beading Babes projects for this go around. What an awesome milestone, 1000 likes! Much congratulations!!! And thank you for being so sweet to host this giveaway!
