Birth Of The Cool

This bracelet was one of my favorites from the first time I saw it. I was fortunate enough to be Rachel Nelson-Smith’s roommate for the Art Sticks workshop with NanC Meinhardt. She had all of her samples for Bead Riffs with her. So, I got to see them before the book was published. Lucky me!

This is not a project for the faint of heart. It is very labor intensive. It took me 15 hours to do the embellishment alone. I think it was well worth the time and effort involved. Thanks, Rachel for a great design.
